This place was great. After fighting breast cancer and winning the battle this was the last place on my journey. I had my chest port removed and it was very emotional for me. The staff was great, Ricardo was very nice and professional. When I went to the back room Mike was very kind and knew I was nervous. He calmed me down and he even offered to pray with me. He/we said a prayer together and it brought tears to my eyes that these people cared for my overall health. I hope I never go threw this again but glad to know that there are people that I can go to that are truly compassionate about there jobs but compassionate about human life and well being. May god bless you all.

I called this location on multiple occasions regarding patient records and NOBODY answers and the phone line is just blank. No hold information, music, voicemail options.. Just an eternal silent hold. I am unsure how long i am supposed to hold and if it is even ringing on the other end. Awful for patient care.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment and when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment. When I showed an image of appointment confirmation, all the receptionist could say was she would make a note and her supervisor would get it. They had ample opportunity to notify me they were canceling appointment for whatever reason. So much for supporting businesses in my community.

The center itself is not the problem it is the lady that sends for approvals from insurance. She was not paying attention and put someone else's doctor and procedure on my order to send to insurance. After she caught her mistake she sent two request back to back to the insurance company after they approved the procedure that was NOT mine and now the insurance will not approve my order because they already approved someone else's procedure and you get one a year. Thanks Pamela, and when you talk to her she will make it sound like it is your fault and make you do all the leg work, I had to call the insurance company twice and my doctor trying to explain her mess up because she tried to say it was my problem. I don't work there so how is this my problem. She has horrible customer service.

Dr. Walters and her staff were great. I had a previous bad experience somewhere else with a biopsy. Dr Walters and her staff were wonderful at setting my mind at ease, making sure I was comfortable, and experienced no pain! I can’t thank them enough. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful.
