I have been with this company for over 19 years. This is a great company you are treated like family and they really care about there employees. Great people to work with everyone is friendly and cares about each other. You will not find a better company to work for than DW.
I worked at DW during the summer in a variety of roles. It was a great experience and they helped me learn many new skills that will help me in the future. The people were great and made me feel welcome.
After spending 16 years in Corporate America I made the decision to look for an opportunity that suited my personality in an environment that was people first, but more importantly allowed me to better serve my family. I found a small gem with DW that lives and breathes exactly what I needed. A family owned business that goes above and beyond anything I've experienced in my career with amazing people and leadership that listens. After a little over a year with DW, what an incredible ride it has been. Regretfully, I should of made this move 16 years ago.
