This post office has been the worse I've seen over the years. The carrier continues to deliver to the wrong box. My and is at other addresses and others mail comes to me and I hand deliver it to the addresses myself. Also my product was busted up when it was delivered last week.

Staff is extremely and unnecessarily rude, unprofessional. Being that I reside within 5 mi radius of the building I frequently use this carrier for my small business. However, if there were another building closer, I’d go to that one. Hopefully that can sum up the customer service at this USPS for anyone wondering whether or not they’ll have a friendly, welcoming encounter. The answer is HELL NO!
This place is really bad it use to be pretty good some yrs ago. To my the carrier on 7/11/20 who said they left a notice that they couldn’t deliver my two packages due to “No secure place to leave it”, that’s bogus I have a porch and a mailbox, which is where they always put them, I was home ALL day because I was expecting and needed those packages so I know you didn’t come by. I tried calling the Postmaster this a.m. their phone line goes busy and email won’t go through. I’ll just have to go higher up, please have some integrity and pride about your job lets get it together. I know some people who’d love to have your job.
Their self service machine is always broken! The employees wouldn't have to deal with long lines on most days if they could keep the machine up and running!
My name is Nicole Henderson (my daughter uses my acct more than I) and I am a resident of DeSoto, Tx. I am appalled at the lack of good customer service at this location. I would rather drive farther to get better service at a different location. We are already operating in a new norm due to the pandemic so some wait is expected. But they are exceptionally slow and rather curt in dealing with the customers. Somebody somewhere, somehow.... Help. This can't be it.
