Carl is super friendly and easy to talk to. He told me in advance what he was going to do and how the entire process works. Unfortunately there were two delays by the owner of the boat but Carl was still able to get the job done. He did a very thorough inspection and found several more issues that the owner was totally unaware of on this old Hatteras. This has lead to the owner agreeing to fix some of those issues saving me thousands! Far more than the cost of his service. His inspection report details what needs to be fixed and even rates them on the important of the item in question. Not only did he list the items, but he even advised me on how to go about the repairs and where to get the parts! I highly recommend Carl to anyone needing their yacht inspected. Thanks Carl!!!!
