The employees were super friendly which was interesting. The selection was nice but this was an outlet store and there were no outlet prices except for one outdated stuffed animal. Masks were required and social distancing.

Great store. Every time when we visit premium outlets mall we visit this Disney store as well. As always Disney's high standards apply here too. Staff members are super friendly and welcoming. Items are well displayed and nicely organized. And often they have various sale discounts available on most items. Additionally, they also offer 10% military discount for active and reserve personnel. As a side note you can also save 10% at any Disney stores if you have Disney credit card that's backed by Chase bank. All in all, I highly recommend this Disney Store for any genuine Disney product purchases.

This store and its cast members are some of the best that I have ever encountered. I lived in the area from 2016 to 2020 and visited the store often. I had a great experience each and every time. I moved away in June 2020 but visit the store each time that I am back in the area. The store is using the same mask guidelines that I have seen at other Disney locations such as stores in Orlando and Tampa and the Walt Disney World Resort hotels and parks. I visit the parks monthly. I feel confident in how the store is managing the challenges of the pandemic. I have gotten some amazing things at this store and some great deals. The cast members go above and beyond to try and find an item that someone wants. The outlet mall can be very busy especially when it is tourist season and on any day that it is raining. This store is especially popular. My favorite time to go is early in the day on a nice day. The store has been reset and straightened up and everything looks wonderful. The cast members keep the store tidy all during the day but when it is very busy, things get “moved around” by guests quickly. The management at this store leads by example and is consistently out front helping guests.

Nice and friendly service but policies are a little extreme. I saw a child with a neck gator required to put on a surgical mask to enter then no bags offered unless you pay for one that's 1.50. Doesn't portray well with the bag issue as far as having to pay for a bag!

We can’t to Destin on vacation from Nashville, TN. We walked the strip to do some shopping and my son is 5 and autistic and will not wear a mask. We have never had a problem going into stores and once we went to the Disney store ( which I was very excited to take my son to). They told us he couldn’t come in, because he didn’t have a mask. I explained he is Autistic and will not wear one. The manager suggested a face shield. If my son won’t wear a mask, he will not wear a face shield. It made me furious and we walked out. I’ll never go back again. I just don’t understand. We could go in every store on the strip, but the Disney store. The one store that was most interesting and fun for him.
