Had my discovery flight this Sunday and it was everything to look forward to. I had Elizabeth as my instructor, everything went smooth and all the I formation given prior to departure was straight and to the point. Great Flight Training location!

Instructor was behind schedule almost 30 minutes with another student; he said it was because his first student showed up late. My biggest issue with this was there was no one in the office or terminal to answer the phone or any questions about my scheduled flight. Andy was a great instructor who got me in the air and gave me great info to pursue my license. Overall it was a great flight and a good experience, though the customer service prior to the flight could use some work. Maybe something as simple as posting a schedule in the office to let other customers know if they're behind schedule or if there is some other reason for delays.
Very professional. They did maintenance on the spot! like it doesn’t even get better!
Many knowledgeable instructors but overall organization is lacking professionalism. Rented an aircraft and was not notified of the mic being inoperative before getting to the field. Maintenance is not properly done on the aircraft leaving many standby instruments inoperative. Please have strong personal minimums, for equipment usage and overall SRM/CRM, before renting aircraft.
I did a Discovery Flight with Lisa, one of their Flight Instructors, in a Cessna 172 today 4/24/27. Lisa is highly professional, nice, sharp, super attentive, and very informative. She let me do a lot of the flying and I really had a good time.
