Wrote to inquire about having a generator installed, only to be told that they will not come to my area and tried pawning me off on other dealers that do not have the ability to install what I requested. What is very funny is the day before one of their vehicles was at a house a few blocks away.

Our Generac whole house generator failed this am. We called Ronco. Bright, professional receptionist on the phone. This afternoon, a repairman came and fixed it in an hour. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. Highly recommended!!
This is not a store front. They have to order what you need. Maybe better to order online. Parking is very limited. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

I asked them to install a generator for my work shop. Price was lower than regional competitors, even post-hurricane. The guys who installed the generator were top notch professionals. I am using this company for our business generator also now.
