We have rented from Destination Big Bear twice now. Our first rental was amazing. Our second rental had a great view and layout but had a heating issue causing us to call maintenance at 9pm. They sent a representative named Brent out to resolve the heating problem which he promptly and professionally did. We were so happy to have such great service and to get back to enjoying our time in our Big Bear.
I tried booking 3 different times and it always puts an error saying they can't book due to covid. Apparently they need 24 hours between bookings so it can be cleaned. If this is the case your system should only show properties that are truly available. What a waste of time. Back to air bnb I suppose. Good luck
Incredible service. The home we had booked originally had some logistical concerns and when we went and discussed the issues with Evan and Joanna they went out of their way to assist us and find a more suitable solution. Also, when we went into the new cabin we needed some help and Brent came and not only resolved the issue, but made sure we were happy with everything. Most importantly this was on Christmas Eve and he left his family to help us. I would highly recommend Destination Big Bear for all your Big Bear travels
Destination Big Bear has reinvented the modern cabin experience for families. Super easy to book with SMS for most interactions like a digital key & check in. They obviously have a great staffing plan going on with resource to help with every need. I even called them to ask what I should do since I had ran over a squirrel and they put me at ease. Spa had water clean up by service within 20 minutes. Almost all interactions were contactless and efficient. They made this pet friendly cabin trip one our most memorable.
