It seems like a very personable company that cares about its customers, its employees, and stands by its products. I use this pen almost every day and it has never left me hanging. Purchased stainless steel clipboards expecting them to be magnetic. We wanted to be able to hold a couple sheets of paper with a magnet. They are not magnetic nor were their plastic clipboard options. I was disappointed because I specifically told the sales rep why we wanted them but they shipped anyway. They did take them back for return & credit for the boards but we were out the initial shipping charge since it was on our account.
