They don’t even answer the phone no more. And when they do they hang up. Biggest headache every. How is it I can’t go fight my court case because of Covid but they still can suspend your license even tho technically you can’t physically appear and mail is behind so when you get your zoom date it’s 2 weeks later and you can’t fight it because you can’t call or go down there.

When I'm calling to see about my ticket and my court date I'm expecting you to do your job that you are getting paid for you do not close until 4:30 so why at the time it's convenient for me it turns out not to be convenient for you when you don't close till 4:30 these people sitting behind this window at these registers should still be able to talk to the citizens regarding their payment and or court dates and take calls up until 4:30. This happens every time.
I got so frustrated after calling 20 times and the recording states they are busy helping other citizens. I finally get through and was on hold for more than a hour. Smh. Please do better this is disgusting.
What a joke!! Try to do anything on this website..good luck!!! I tried every. Single..option. And NONE of them would work. Try calling...yeah right. They don't even have an answering service. Just \try again later.\ Later is every second of every day. You will never speak to an actual person. The city systems of Detroit don't work. They haven't worked since Young took over. Nobody cares and nobody is interested in fixing anything down there unless it's lining their pockets.
Apparently they’re closed during this pandemic I can’t even fight my ticket and I don’t know anything about it. So I don’t know why they don’t have an automated system where I can be helped. Because they don’t pick up the phone and if I search my ticket online it says “error occurred”. Smh it’s like they give you tickets in Detroit just so you go through this bs
