Absolutely loved this hospital. My doctor Dr. Buck was amazing and so we're all the nurses. I never had to ask for pain meds they just brought them every 4 hours so my pain was managed very well. Dr. Buck and the nurses kept you informed about every thing made you so comfortable that you weren't nervous about anything!

I was there with my sister for her appointment. I always have bad experiences at DMC so I was reluctant about going. But to my surprise it wasn't bad. We were there about a hour and a half. My sister dealt with about 14 people, everything was good until we reached the lab. Some people just don't need to work with the public. If not for the 1 lady with rude demeanor, nasty attitude and body language; I would have given them 5 stars. Thanks to the lady that came back and took over starting with us. And she was able to get my sister w/o having to poke her twice. We even had a very long wait at valet but the people were very nice to let us know that there was a wait they kept everyone abreast on the situation at hand with great friendly attitudes.

By far the worst hospital in Michigan! Don't go here period. Too many clueless and careless individuals that work here that shouldn't! I tried giving my health insurance over the phone for weeks they didn't even want to take down my information and they wanted to send me a bill in the mail. Its just a POORLY MANAGED hospital. Getting treatment in 3rd world country hospital is better. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL AS POSSIBLE!
