Whoever is answering the phones on 09/01/2020 at 12:30am is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Just asked a simple question and all I got was Sass and an attitude.

Now comes the time as a U.S citizen when you will receive a letter for jury duty, usually once a year. It’s not that bad..chill out and take it easy. In my experience don’t come to early because it’s not like a first come first serve. You still have to wait to come in, go through security etc. travel light. Bring only necessary items (I.d is a must and summons letter). Be patient bring some cash for parking , snacks or lunch. Bring a book!!!!! Something to occupy your mind. They will try to play a movie while you wait... but their movie might freeze etc. If you do not want to walk from a parking spot to the building... just get a ride in. There is a telephone available for free local calls in the waiting room.. so leave your cell phone at home (Not allowed unless after May1st of 2020) The people In charge in the waiting room were really nice, helpful and very professional. Restrooms are available and are clean. . I parked near the building for 5 for the whole day. Make sure you read the street signs... there is no such thing as free parking, so avoid a parking ticket. Do your duty and make the best of it. I was dismissed after hours of waiting and didn’t have to go for 3 to 4 days of a trial as a juror... but if you do get selected make sure you can do the job. Remember It could be you sitting and hoping for the best trail that you can have.. think about that. Peace ️ DTB

Went for jury duty today. Went early as it was my first time. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Waited about an hour in the assembly room. Staff was friendly and efficient. The process was clearly explained and went smoothly. Other than being the inconvenience of civic duty, I didn't find my experience unpleasant at all.
