Purchased a new ice castle for 40k, got it home and the heater did not work. Live one hour from the dealership and ask them to send a tech out since the unit was brand new. They were completely unwilling to help out and took no responsibility for the issue. Poor customer service after the sale.

One star is a little generous but it is the lowest rating you can give on here. I've had problems with my camper (2018 model year) since day one. The staff has always appeared eager to help but every time I've taken it in to be fixed it has come home in worse shape than before. They've shipped me parts to fix it myself, after pulling it there to have their techs wreck it for me, but part of what you're paying for when you buy a new camper is the warranty. I spoke withe general manager last fall and was simply told that he doesn't deal with these sort of things and he'll have somebody else call me back. It is now camping season again and I've received no call-backs and no solutions. I saved a little money purchasing through Outlet Rec but I've spent more than I've saved making my camper useful. In the end my experience is my fault for not having done enough research. Save yourself many headaches and find another dealer.

Quick to sell you an RV, little to no follow through on providing warrantied repairs. Save your time and money...spend it elsewhere.

We came from Bemidji to the store in detroit lakes to see a couple of motorhomes. Went into the building and we were greeted by the receptionist. We were told by her to go ahead and look because all of the units were unlocked and she would send a salesman out. So we went out to look and everything was locked, so we came back in and she called a salesman to the floor for us. We told him which ones we were interested in and he unlocked the first one, and said we could go ahead and look while he unlocked the other. We spent most of our time in the first one trying to figure out how to turn the lights on, frustrated we decided to just go look at the other one which was at the very front of the lot. Once we got there to find it out was still locked and no salesman in sight. We lingered for a little while but no attention was paid to us. We were very disappointed in the lack of interest as we are looking to upgrade into a motorhome for our trip south this year. Won't be wasting our time at this location again...

Went in to find a used pop up camper last week. Had seen some online in our budget (5k and under). Was told by the salesman to go down to Crazy Lots instead. I get that he wouldn't make a ton off is us for commission, but it was like we were wasting his time.
