A brother of mine in New Mexico is a Huge Red Wings fan, so I came to the team store to purchase some stuff to send him, since they dont have much of a selection back there. We found some stuff but there wasnt much. More Piston stuff than anything. Went to checkout and come to find out, they put Hockey stuff up when theres Basketball games to accommodate the Piston Fans. The associate said they had way more Red Wings stuff but it was in back. I told her it wasnt for me and we made the trip from outta town to buy hockey stuff...so she offered to pull.a few things in the size we needed. She went in back and found the CLEARANCE rack, brought us some items in the size we asked for.....SCORE!! Thank you SOOOO much Ms Wilma, I believe that was her name! Talk about beyond the call of duty! A CUSTOMER SERVICE, that one! Keep up the FANtastic Job!!

We came early before a Redwings game and there is nothing to do. We found this store and it said open til 6. At 430 doors were locked and multiple fans had stopped to try the doors. Lots of lost business. There was a man inside the door that just watched multiple people attempt to come in a store that has their hours marked on the door that they should be open on Saturday til 6. Not a good way to run a business. Very disappointing

Went to our first wings game at the new rink on December 22nd 2018. We went into the team store and there was multiple things we wanted to get but didn't want to carry the whole night. Decided to go at the end of the game store wasn't suppose to close till 6pm. Found out the rink basically shuts down after the game. Tried to get back into the team store at 5:15pm. Doors were locked. Went to dinner walked past the store again at 5:50pm there was also another person standing there saying you are suppose to be open till 6 the worker just ignored him and walked away. My opinion new arena need the money. How do you close early right before Christmas. People are trying to spend money. Bad management and bad customer service. That's why places shut down. Very upset not a good first experience at the new arena.
