This company came all the way to Ohio for my grandson birthday party I was so happy to see Mickey come through the door, because he was a surprise gift for my grandson. The look on his face when he saw Mickey brought tears to my eyes only because he been through a lot for his 3 years on this earth and all I wanted to do was make him smile. So thank you so very much you don’t even know how much bringing Mickey meant to this little boy. Highly recommended will be using you again soon

Very impressive I am with your company. I had no idea what to expect when I booked these characters for my twin daughters. When I called I will say the lady on the phone was very helpful on what to choose she even help me when it came to booking online. The day of my daughters party the characters Minnie and Daisy came to the party with two gifts for my children and when the time came for there performance my daughters wanted the characters to pick them up and they did just that. The smile on my face to see my baby’s dancing around with the characters was priceless. The lady that was with the character said they usually do not pick up children but they’ll do it for me and that was very wonderful. Yes I will recommend your company to all my family and friends. Thank you for a great turn out.
If I could give them no stars, I would. This company are some pure scam artists. They never showed up to my son party tonight, which was suppose to be at 7pm. I called several times and the lady answered and said they were on 13 mile and Hoover at 7:23pm, here it is 10:34pm and they never showed up nor answered the phone again. I am so upset because my son was waiting on Sonic and was wondering what happened. What do you tell a 6 year old. I will be reporting them to the BBB and will be calling my bank because I paid for services that was never delivered. Please dont book with this company ever. I’m confused on how they received 4 stars but I’m sure it’s a lie.
Great Energy that Mickey and Minnie had on yesterday. Thank you for coming to my daughters birthday in such a short notice. I called this company on Monday after another company canceled on me. Let me just say I didn’t won’t to call this company only because earlier this year I didn’t have a good experience with them, but I took a second chance with them and this time. I received everything I paid for plus more and this time they was on time, so thank you again.
******I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE******PLEASE READ TO SAVE STRESS AND HEADACHE!!! Horrible experience! My appointment was at 5pm and Minnie Mouse did not arrive until 7pm!!! I confirmed my appointment 2 days prior to the event and the manager confirmed I was all set for the requested time. I called and left message the morning of the appointment to make sure because my intuition told me to do so. I called twice afterwards and no answer and unfortunately no return call. At 5:05pm my husband called from his phone and guess what.....the call was answered. He proceeds to ask the ETA for Minnie and we’re told she is en route and also she’s running a little late but ensured us she will be here and he requested the person call him back and provided the number. A few minutes later I receive a call from the driver/assistance stating they will not be at the event until 7. After expressing my concerns about the appointment being at 5pm, she asks if I want to cancel. Needless to say my heart drops and I’m livid because the most important little girl in the world to me and everyone else is expecting Minnie to be at this Minnie mouse theme party. My husband takes over and stays on the phone with them because they’re stuck in traffic, has no clue of surroundings, land parks or when they will be here, after an hour of communication with this company, they finally arrive at the location. The person representing Minnie seat was reclined to the floor and they both look defeated(using selective and mild words) and no energy or enthusiasm at all walked in the door with them. Please do not use this company if your time and professionalism is important to you. My hope is the owner reads this review and seriously reevaluate his company/employees and know your customers should be your #1 priority to have a successful business.
