One of my relatives went to this place to get a procedure done. The relative doesn't speak English so she took someone with her to translate. When she (relative) went there she was told that the person who was supposed to translate for her can't come with her and that person has to stay at a distance and they made that person stand across the street (not even in the parking lot). They also checked the temperate of both of them and it was normal and they didn't have any symptoms. They made my relative wait there for an hour before telling her that they can't do the procedure because she can't speak English. They really don't care about others' time and act very rude towards people who don't speak English.

Everything went well only thing I didn’t like was the wait. It’s was around 3 hrs while I was cramping horribly they give you meds to start contracting And you just have to sit through it because it’s softening your cervix, while the wait the staff actually interacted with us laughing and sharing stories.. One of the ladies made me extremely comfortable in the back while having the procedure talked me through everything the doctor was doing and they was super gentle.. I’ll never get pregnant again because it was still painful BUT if some odd reason I do I’ll go back there

Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to this clinic. They don’t give you exact information over the phone it was a waste of time making an appointment here. Thank god there was another clinic close by on 7mile that was able to help and the staff was more than professional.
The staff were very friendly! The only reason they didn’t receive 5 stars from me is because of the wait time. I’d advise that you call and make the earliest appointment possible, because if you don’t then you’ll be behind everyone else. Everyone has an appointment and they go by first come first served basically. Other than that Dr. Sharpe was great and so were his colleagues :)
