This just happens to be one of the greatest transportation corporations located within the great city of Detroit. The management staff along with the knowledgeable and courteous transportation operators make for a relaxing experience on my ride to and from the airport or any where else that I choose to visit! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their transportation needs! Great job every time.

Never contacted me back about the Cedar Point run. All I wanted to know was if i could get a refund or change it until a later date because I had an family emergency with my grandmother.

This is the company that provides shuttle transportation for the staff of Grace Sinai Hospital. All of the drivers seem to be very pleasant and professional. But one of the drivers who stands out is a guy named Mitchell. He always tend to go out of his way to provide excellent service to us. If it's late (I usually see him when I'm getting off at 11:30pm) he takes the time to drop us off close to our vehicle if we're parked in the open lot. And I've seen him wait for us to get into our vehicles before he pulls off. One Friday, a few weeks ago while we were in route to the lot, while in the far right lane, a car tried to pass us on our right hand side. (Mind you, we were in the far right hand lane) Mitchell saw the car approaching us from behind and quickly moved to the left, avoiding what could have been a catastrophe. After it happened, everyone on the shuttle was shocked and we thanked Mitchell for being alert, keeping us safe and avoiding the driver of the other car.
The terminal is very unprofessional they have all bus Attendants sitting in lunch for a 2 hour period and they make you clock out then you come and sit for another 3 hour period they have beg bugs and roaches they wrongfully terminated me for being pregnant and for my lights and gas at my home being out which my 2 younger children ages 7 and 2 lives they refused to be lenient and look at my proof their is a specific person named James he is a Caucasian male with glasses and he thinks he is higher and above everyone else he is very unprofessional and disregarding towards every aspect of the unexpected events in a persons life he would not let me or my co worker know anything about the termination he let us clock in and we sat and he then persisted on telling us he did not care about any unfortunate events that has happened to us and he had no proof of us not coming to work and if we didn’t we have proof the reason why they have a 2-3 hour notice in place that you are able to call off 2 hours before your clock in time and they don’t abide by that rule they are very nasty the bathrooms are unsanitary and the staff is rude especially Ms. Bonnie and they have favorites as well the house pet as I would call them I am taking these matters to the CEO of trinity but I thought you all should know
