Everyone was friendly throughout the building. I was really impressed with the manager. Not sure of her name, I couldn't help to notice how she thanked her team and encouraged them while working the entire time I was there. They are super efficient and went above and beyond in my situation. Once again, super friendly, everyone was smiling, and provided excellent customer service. I don't see how anyone could be upset with the employees here.

We were married October in 2020 it’s February 2021, no one answers the phones, there is no one to contact and I can’t finish my taxes because I still haven’t received my marriage license or any update and I call everyday
I have had the most difficulties in attempting to obtain my Marriage License online thru VitalChek (three times). They cancelled out two previous accts w/o notice, or warning then I received an email stating that my request for refund has been approved. When I never requested a refund, yet when I go online to check the acct. It clearly states that the acct is still being processed. These difficulties has been on going for the last ninety days wit no avail/prevail..

Got there early. EVERYONE was very friendly and super customer oriented. Customer service is truly job one here. And the whole process was quite quick as well.
