I guess they were rushing and they really rushed us. Initially none of us could really get a word out. I mean its not easy going in there asking for a casket piece. And you can tell she Was irritated by that and ate at her patience. The arrangement turned out beautiful. I loved it. Although I don't know that that was what my mom had wanted after all it was her choice that was her husband. But for my siblings and me. We were pleased. and my mom didn't say anything negative about it. But, she is also mourning.
