Thank you George for accommodating our families last minute. I called and did not book online as it was a last minute decision. You were able to book us although you were closing. These mamas had a blast tandem kayaking with our kids. We saw marine and fowl wildlife. You were very informative where to row to avoid currents and winds. The beach and equipment is maintained well and clean. There are bins to store your stuff but you’re better off leaving it all in the car and wear water shoes. Taking our picture at the end, really put the cherry on top! We look forward to our next 2 hr visit! Directions take you to the opposite side of the street (looks like Googles fault), drive around the block and the tiki hut with sand and sign for this place are on the right. You’re better off putting 136 Dagsworthy St, Dewey Beach, DE 19971 as the address.

Such a great time on the water, got to see many birds, fish, and flora. It was a lovely day. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable & you can't beat the price. I loved that it was right behind the Bay Resort hotel, and that there was a discount offered as guests of the hotel. Even sitting out back of the hotel in the adirondack chairs watching the paddle boarders and kayakers was quite relaxing.

George is a gem! My wife and I had our first stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) experience, and were ushered into the waters by the very friendly, very knowledgable George of Delmarva Board Sports. My wife was quite apprehensive at first, and hasn't the best balance nor confidence on the water, but George brought plenty of calm and care to the learning process. At the end we might have taken a dip or two, due to our own bit of nerves, but after that we were golden for the next 45min. Conversation and exploration went swimmingly. It's also well worth mentioning that when George peered at the weather forecast and wind report, he notified us well before our meet up time, to suggest that we change our meet-up location to their alternate dock on the river in Milton. This way we could avoid being knocked about and cast to the see every 2 minutes, as winds on the seas are quite a different animal than those betwixt the trees on the river. We were grateful for that quick decision, as it allowed us novices to stay upright and enjoy ourselves. This was well worth it!

We had a good time exploring the coves and seeing the wild life. single person kayaks are better suited for someone under 220 lbs. Also if your a strong paddler all you'll need is an hour to cover where the guides allow you to go. Dont waste the money on a 2hr rental. Staff is courteous.

We took my husband on a Paddle board excursion for Fathers Day 2020! We were greeted by the friendliest staff, and were paired up with a great guide, Kayla! She was patient and knowledgeable! The Rehoboth Bay was perfect, too. It’s so convenient to park and paddle right on Dagsworthy Street! This was our second “experience” with the Delmarva Board company, we HIGHLY recommend their company!
