WOULD GIVE NO STARS!!! My mother took the greyhGrey from caliCalifo to Oklahoma on a 55hr trip and it was terrible! There was NO WIFI, NO WORKING OUTLETS!, NO HEAT OR AIR (the thermostat was not working) her first bus broke down. All but one driver was very rude and even told her she cannot use the phone while on the bus. They had an HR and a half layover in la but the bus was so late she didn't even have time to use the restroom and would have missed the bus if she did. We called and tried to make a complaint but after talking to someone, that was not concerned at all, he said I could not speak to a supervisor and said I could call back another time. I was on hold for 1.5 hrs. DI NOT TAKE THE GREYHOUND!!!!!

I haven’t Experienced it yet I’m supposed to be going to school next week . Holly is a great person .she’s done everything she could to help me to get into class . I’m so thankful.
