Some of the rudest people you can talk too. Danielle in the service department is very rude and condescending. Instead of trying to assist her customers she is snarky and evasive. She should definitely not deal with the customer base. If you are in the copier business or need service find a company that actually cares about your needs, because DEX Imaging sure does not. Not only did I have a bad experience with Danielle, the switchboard operator has no idea who you need to speak with and I was transferred to 3 different people before I got to Danielle in the service department. Boy, she was a pleasure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEX Imaging in St. Petersburg.
