Rented a car from them 6 weeks in advance and was charged a deposit THEN! Then they called my wife the day before I was to pick up the car and demanded full payment in advance. "Bryan", the manager, was RUDE, talked to fast and was demanding. Refused to give her any information on his superior and demanded that she give him a credit card number over the phone as "our credit card would not accept the charges". When told the credit card was good it was run again and was fine. They messed up my e-mail address as well. Then I arrived and was told I'd be picked up. Took a phone call to find out I had to go to car rental terminal and wait by the ATM. They didn't show. Called again - there was a problem - she'd be there shortly. Long story short, car arrived at 2:30 A.M after my flight landed at 11:30 P. M. No paperwork for the car, so that took another phone call to find that. Then they had charged me the FULL amount again instead of deducting the deposit. They also charged a security deposit (not a hold on the card - a charge - that they have NEVER refunded). Car had over 120,000 miles on it: service soon light on, rear door didn't unlock, airbag light was on also. When I called to arrange for them to meet me so they could pick up the car, they didn't show. Another phone call and I was told to leave car in public parking lot at the car rental site - I had waited an hour and was about to miss my flight. I have a paper copy of the 50.00 deposit refund, but they have never credited my credit card. They either don't answer the phone or route you to voice mail and then don't return calls. I'm having my credit card company doing an investigation as I write this and have had my e-mail to them returned as a delivery failure. I've also sent them a letter demanding refunds of the 150.00, and am awaiting my certified return receipt. That's another almost 10.00 spent on this fiasco. Don't even THINK about renting from this shyster operation.

FLAT OUT HORRIBLE. I RENTED A CAR A MONTH IN ADVANCE THEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WAS GETTING A REFUND AND HAD NO CAR!!!! CALLED AND SPOKE TO TYLER WHO GAVE ME SOME POOR EXCUSE THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER CAR. I HAVE TRAVELED FOR YEARS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. I WISH I COULD BETTER WARN PEOPLE FROM EVER USING THIS USELESS COMPANY. I WILL ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

Really nice when you first call, then they charge your card for a 100 deposit and are completely rude and nasty and hang up on you when you call to have it returned. It's been months and I still haven't received my deposit back - I'm disputing it now through my card company. Avoid them - they are rotten, rude and unprofessional.

My wife and I rented a vehicle from this company on february 4th, 2013. After excuse and excuse and excuse, we still have not recieved our deposit of 150, nor does our credit card company have any record of them trying to transfer or send the funds. I will be happy to update this review after the problem is resolved. I was told that it could take ten business days for it to go through. after ten business days, I was told it could be another 14 business days. It is now March 26th. Nearly two months after my wife and I rented the vehicle and the problem is not resolved. I have filed a complaint with the Tulsa BBB and I am filing a complaint with the Dallas BBB next. In Tulsa, they have 7 other complaints of the same nature which were closed because the company never responded. Update**** 4/4/2013- We received a partial payment on 3/29 after we got an email on 3/27. My husband made a reservation in February for a November rental, was charged the rate then, and just found another 100 charge taken in July. For a November Rental. We tried calling, but the local and toll telephone numbers were disconnected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They took my 100.00 deposit and after 3 months of calling and writing them they have yet to give it back. Avoid at all costs. Appointment is needed to return car back to a little kiosk.
