Warranty doesn't apply at this store if your device does not look brand new out of the box. They will void their warranty of defective device's claiming its been dropped when there are NO signs of damage. Yes some paint flakes because I actually use this device, haven't even had the device 30 days. Their only suggestion, since they wouldn't honor their warranty, was to update the device but when I bought it was told not to do so since it would VOID the warranty if I did so thanks for the terrible service I will never buy from this store again I will pass the message to everyone I know.

Horrible experience! I went into this store cause it was convenient. Biiigg mistake. The man at the counter was not pleasant to begin with, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and asked him about buying a new battery/pen for a replacement vape and asked questions about which one to buy ( I brought my old one in ) he wouldn't even look at it. Kept saying he doesn't know what device to replace it with and told me he only has one that "he thinks will work" so I purchased it. I went home charged it up and it will not turn on. I went back into exchange the product for one that works, same man at the counter tells me it's a problem on my end and I can not return or exchange my product! I have the receipt and original package and sleeve and all contents and still was turned away. I will NOT go back to this store. So disappointed.
