Horrible place to work. They don't have any training. They talk down to you. You have to be \friends\ with the boss or tou go nowhere fast.

I made the mistake of using DHL to import items into the US. The company initially delivered my packages behind schedule and then had to come back and pick them up several weeks later because they made a mistake and didn't clear customs. There was then a long delay getting my items once more. During the whole process DHL had terrible communication and I frequently had to email and call several times to get any answers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
