First Night

I brought a patient that is mentally ill and not wanting to wear a mask.Could not control the patient but The front desk employees didn’t give me a chance to explain and didn’t even care or give exception to such patients. So had to cancel 2 important and essential appointments for the patient just because the inconsiderate front desk employees didn’t let us in the facility. I felt disrespected and humiliated

The pros are that (1) the center is very nice and clean. (2) The workers are very pleasant. The cons: (1) They seem very unorganized. I expected the insurance to be checked, payment processed, etc during registration. This didnt happen. (2) After the 3rd time of my mother being called to the back, she still has not been seen. (3) At least a 2 month delay in being seen. UPDATE: Changing my rating from 3 stars to 2. The employees would prefer to gossip with the front desk personnel vs calling the patients back to be seen. I had to walk back up to the desk to interrupt to make payment. One hr and half and counting....
