Extremely efficient and caring professionals at every level. Very polite as well. I needed a different MRI and they didn’t hesitate to assist me and get me to the right location. Thank you so very much. I would highly recommend Diagnostic Imaging!

I was impressed with my visit. the whole facility was immaculately clean. The check in was on time and they were friendly and professional. The nurse was very kind. The dressing room was spacious with a place to sit and lock up your belongings. The MRI guy was nice and got me a blanket. It is cold in there so I would recommend wearing warm cabin socks. They have headphones to listen to music that helps drown out the robot sounds the machine makes. Getting a MRI is kind of freaky and scary having to (in my case) have my head covered with a plastic cage like cover and stay still the whole time you are in there. I just closed my eyes and focused on the music. They made me feel comfortable and the time seemed to pass quickly.

The new location was easy to find. Really liked that I could do all my paperwork online. Got a text message about my appointment the day of telling me to stay in my car and to click a link when I arrived. I arrived about 25 minutes before my appointment, clicked the link and filled in my information. It was maybe 5 minutes later I was told to go in. Facility was very spacious and clean and beautiful. Front desk was very friendly with instructions. My tech, Katherine, was super friendly and caring. Really cemented the reason that I will only every use DIC for my mammogram and have for the last 9 years.

The technicians at diagnostic imaging centers pay attention. They care about your comfort. they care that you understand what is about to happen and talk to you as the test progresses. I've been there twice this year and both times I was completely calmed. Going in to both tests I was anxious. I trust them implicitly and feel safe. I can't say enough good things about this place.
