Top notch service both times I've been seen there. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly both times. This most recent visit was for an xray and Jessica the xray tech was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I was at comfort and ease in the environment the employees provide which is not not easy for me.

I went for my very first mammogram here today, and I just want to say that Lisa did an amazing job. She was kind, calm and explained everything to me in such detail that it left me feeling very prepared and not overwhelmed for the procedure. She was down to earth and also extremely competent. Thank you for making this experience no big deal at all.

Super accommodating. Matt came in early so I could get xrays done before my MRI. Jennifer was very pleasant and calming. Having such a great MRI experience was a huge relief because the last time I had a MRI, some 20 years ago with unrelated company, was so horrible. If I need a MRI again I'll only come back to Diagnostic Imaging Northwest

I prefer this location, because I have always been treated respectfully and with as much dignity as one can have in some of these positions. I really find everyone here so sweet and thoughtful, I can't imagine anyone having a bad word for them. They try to be as prompt as possible and always treat everyone as though they are the most important client they have.
