They are very nice but,my grandmother tried to get oil and they said they will get it there,my grandma never heard back from them so she called,the disrespect The woman gave my grandma,now I am out getting my grandma oil from the gas station in oil cans because they could never get here.thanks a lot it’s the middle of the winter and my grandma has not heat

I've been a customer for about 15 years and I have consistently paid less per gallon for oil from Dial Oil, than every other person in my life. The difference between their prices and others, that i know of, has been between 25-70cents per gallon. When you have a 275 gallon tank, that adds up to a significant savings. Fortunately for me, I've only had to use their service department 1 time and the price was more than reasonable. Also, their technician called me when he was on his way, was neat friendly and fixed my non functioning furnace on the single visit. I couldn't recommended Dial Oil more highly.
STAY FAR AWAY Tried to get oil today New Year’s Eve day. Well I called last night at 4:20 and they were gone already. We completely ran out of Oil we didn’t realize how low we were and have 5 children living here. They called me back to tell me that if they filled mine they couldn’t fill thier customers. I said I am a customer! Have been for a long time. They said we can’t get there until Thursday now. Save yourself some aggravation and use a small company who cares when a customer needs something. They are fun but don’t run out they won’t be coming to save the day. That’s the difference between local and not local. I’m not writing this review out of spite but out of experience.
Dial Oil was our family's oil company, they have been with us for over 35 years. Trustworthy business and they have gone above and beyond to help in a time of crisis. Great company, always professional.
No hassles with this company. I overpaid 8 months ago and they told me I had a credit to put towards my next delivery. I would've never known! Fast, reliable service with the best prices around.
