John was incredibly helpful every step of the way while trying to figure out what would work best for my application. I had a lot of questions and he was patient with me, answering each one, sending samples, and even getting me in touch with the sister company Weldlogic when things got really technical. Not only do they have great products and great customer service they also have the knowledge and experience to back it up.
Bought tri-mix tungsten electrodes years ago. Still working through my stash (ordered 10; meaning a box of 10 electrodes but got 10 boxes of 10). Thought about returning them but then again price was reasonable and I’d never have to buy electrodes again. Well, they work so darn well that erosion and wastage (and need to grind) is way less than other electrodes. As the price of tungsten rose, I realized I’d had a happy accident. Best electrodes going.
John helped me find what I'd been looking for in one easy phone call! I took a chance and called this company not really even knowing exactly what probe I needed for a jewelry welder. Love their customer service. They replaced an entire motor on a 5 year old tungsten electrode grinder that was out of warranty. Cannot say enough about them!
Over 5 yrs of using DGP products (and others for over 20 yrs) always use the DGP as the go to. Especially like/use the 4% thoriated (CRYO-T) Jim E never fails to answer with a solution. Price and long lasting can't be beat
