I honestly cannot say enough about Diamond Nutrition here in Ponca City. This is a great place to get good meal replacement. Conveniently located next to The Rack Gym it makes getting a good healthy Protein Shake after a workout as simple as it gets. The flavors are amazing and the assortment of teas are all spot on. I also have to mention this Family Owned business is on point at all times. Always friendly and quick to get you what you are looking for. Go check them out and enjoy.

I like peanut butter cup shake. They are good to drink before or after excerise. Or an extra boost for work. I hope this stays in ponca. If you check in they take 1.00 off a drink. I think. All in all, I love the atmosphere and they are very welcoming.

The service here is phenomenal. I have very little knowledge of protein shakes/teas and how any of that stuff could benefit me but I wondered into this place one day after a workout and they were more than happy to teach me everything I needed to know. I ended up getting a post workout shake (chocolate mint, I highly recommend it!) and tea. SO good! They also made a little chocolate shake for my toddler which was also delicious. I’m hooked.
