Completely unwilling to work with mental health workers during difficult times. I do not recommend this company.
When I came to look at apartments, I was shown a model by the leasing assistant. When I came to rent my apartment, I got an apartment that wreaked of cat piss. I was told by Kristi, the manager to run the air conditioning. I had to ask for them to replace the carpet. They would not. I had to appeal to upper management who was unresponsive. The very least they did was clean the carpet and they were mad about that. As soon as the lease is up, I am out.
My girl lives here - so I am here often - and it’s a nice, quiet, complex. Rent seems fair. Grounds and repairs are kept well and done promptly. However some repairs are overlooked. But nothing important. Also, parking is assigned, and the guest parking consists of only about 5 spaces, and you have to park way up by the office, and hike it to ones place, which can be FAR, especially when trying to carry something. Many visitors ignore the parking signs and use residents parking spaces, to which they should be towed. However the people here are good, nice, HUMANS and will park in the guest parking and simply leave a note explaining that the visitor is in their space. Main issue is parking... but overall I think it would be a great place to live.
I must say, the management and maintenance staff at this location were absolutely WONDERFUL! The apartments themselves are a bit dated; however, there is plenty of space, good lighting, and excellent storage. The location itself is very convenient as well. There is a nice lake to walk by and it is very close to plenty of businesses. I can't stress enough how wonderful the staff were to work with. They were very accommodating and were always available to meet your needs. I never waited more than a few hours for someone to respond to a maintenance request. Great place to live!
