After shopping for about a week for the best value in shutters I decided on Diamondback shutters. the price was more than fair and the shutter samples were beautiful. Dave was helpful in not only measuring the windows, but assisting in color choice and frame selection. It's been just 4 weeks and the shutters were installed this afternoon. These shutters are so much more than I hoped for. The color matches the baseboards perfectly and the trim is amazing. Customer service was terrific from our wonderful salesperson, Dave, to the office staff and installers. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks, and I'm sure they will. Buying a home is stressful enough, having to decorate inside and out can be overwhelming. I did get a number of estimates, before deciding on diamondback shutters. Dave was so thoughtful and thorough, when working with us. All of those choices. Four weeks later and our new shutters are spectacular. I had no idea they would be so beautiful. I absolutely love them. The installers were so efficient and professional. They were kind enough to remove the builder blinds the home came with and dispose of them. If I had to do this all over again, I would definitely choose diamondback shutters again. They will be whom I refer, when asked about my shutters. Thank you again Dave!
The shutters we ordered were installed today. The shutters are simply beautiful. The color and quality is 1st rate. I received 4 different quotes and diamondback shutters was not only priced right, but the frame choices were much more extensive and they could paint the shutters to match my doors and baseboards.I appreciate the professionalism and product knowledge. I will highly recommend diamondback, to anyone looking for shutters.

Just had my shutters installed and they are amazing! What a difference they make in my home. The installers were great, the salesman very knowledgeable and the pricing was half the price I got qouted at Home Depot. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
