Excellent customer service just like Dad use to get when we were kids and he took all us boys and went shopping at the old Bonds Clothing or the old Sibley downtown Rochester. The quality of the Men's clothing excellent too!

After being judged by my appearance at JCPenney, I walked into this place after a day in the vineyard wearing my work boots, jeans, old shirt, and dirty hat. They walked right up and greeted me and immediately gave me the phenomenal customer service they've always given me. I walked out of there that day with more than I planned on buying and I of course went back several times afterwards. Top Notch quality clothing and phenomenal customer service. These guys are the best!

Dick Anthony is the best men's clothing store I have been in. The service is always fantastic and they have quality clothes for good prices. I have gotten my 18 year old son his entire wardrobe here. I highly recommend this place.

My friends and I went to this store to browse, planning on buying some clothing at a later date. While we are college students (and certainly look it) all of us like to have a few nice articles in our closet, for formal events or just to dress up every once in awhile. However, when we went into this shop and told the person working we were just browsing she replied with "I don't have time for that," to us in a tone that can only be described as snotty, and ignored us the rest of the time we were there. She seemed to find our mere presence to be an annoyance, and the fact she wouldn't even look at us only added to that. We didn't spend long here, opting for a store that has employees that know how to show basic kindness. (On top of that, I can't say I was very impressed with the selection.) Now I understand not wanting to waste time on people you assume won't be buying anything, but being rude is a good way to get us to bad mouth you to every graduate looking for an outfit to attend interviews in, or just about anyone looking for clothing. Perhaps the employees should learn to at least be polite, not like that could hurt.
