These are great folks! Trash service is great! The office/over the phone are very nice folks to deal with. I and my assistant both use Titus Trash Service at our personal homes. I'm also a REALTOR for more than 30 years and refer them to my clients. Very happy and highly recommended!!

I usually do not write reviews, but I am fed up. Service is spotty with missed pickup once every month or so. We have been customers for a long while, but recently service has declined appreciably.
Terrible service and customer service.missed 2 out of 3 pickups. When called, apologized and said the pick up would be done the next day. It was not. I called the following day to be told it would be collected the following day. When k asked for a credit for the month i was told i should have complained earlier. I am done with this company
We have been customers of Titus for 8 years. They are outstanding, courteous, responsive and flexible. Frankly Were moving and wish I could keep them- Thank you Titus team!
