Ordered ours in 2020 just before the pandemic hit. So delivery was not an issue or delayed. Customer service was good. Assembly was pretty easy. We bought one 2 bike rack with 2 extra single bike attachments/extensions and bike locks as well. The only thing we regret not getting was the pull handle device to lower or higher the bike rack. We love that the 1UP rack does not touch your bike frame, it only touches your tires. The bikes are very secure when your driving. Because of the weight, when taking it off the car, I take the extensions off first and then the one 2 bike rack. The racks arms fold up pretty good for storage. Once your used to it, you can put it on and take it off pretty easily and quickly. Definitely worth the money because you will never need to buy another rack again! And it's Made In the USA! We give 1Up - 2 thumbs up!

Very happy with the 1 up rack. Very quick to get 2 bikes on and off and enjoy the bikes instead of taking forever to offload and load with my old rack. Best of all, it's so easy to take on and off. The build quality is fantastic and solid. Looking at other products for storage.
Hands down one of the best companies and products on the market. Having owned several bike racks over the years, this is far and away the best! All metal construction, super simple design, holds almost any bike frame/geometry without fear of frame damage as it only contacts the tires, and super fast load/unload. IF something ever happens to the rack (say you back into tree in the woods, kid runs into rack with his Jeep) it is super easy to repair, and 1UP USA is willing to ship exactly the parts you need at a reasonable price. I have ordered multiple times, from base racks for each car, add-on racks, and parts. Each and every time, very easy and trouble free. Finally, MADE IN THE USA! If you are debating this rack system vs. another, do not hesitate, buy 1UP USA now, you will not regret it.
I've gotten so many compliments on the build and usefulness of my 1UP! Others have straps, and such all over there units and little tubes to support there bikes. I also like the fact it drops away so I can get into the back of the Jeep. Great design, quality in every part. Ususally I look for an area that could be improved.....cannot find one!
1Up USA rack is the best rack I have ever owned. I have the heavy duty 2" rack. What do I love about this rack? 1: The rack is solid in the hitch, I have had many other brands that have some "play" in the hitch. 2: Love that I can expand up to four trays. 3: The trays are tiered. The bikes are not banging into each other or rubbing against each other. Works even better if you put a smaller bike closest to the vehicle and larger bikes to the back. 4: I love that I can carry my fat bikes with the expansion kit. 5: The 1up USA rack is extremely fast to load. 6: The wheel arms are rock solid and hold your bike in securely. 7: It folds up nice and tight to the back of my vehicle. Finally, 8: I just looks BAD A!
Super pumped and feeling great about being an owner of a 1UP USA 2" Heavy Duty Double Rack! It's lightweight, easy to use and very sturdy. I don't know what all of the negative comments were about. They forewarned that the processing and shipping might take a while because of the cycling market explosion. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived sooner than expected. It was package very well. I get excited when I see that someone else has one, which is quite common in my area now. I feel like I'm part of an elite bike rack club! Worth the money.
I purchased a single rack from 1 UP. Before doing so, I researched the market and physically examined quite a few racks. The superior rack in my opinion was 1 UP so I purchased it on line. It arrived in a timely manner and everything worked wonderfully. I've used it for just a few months last year, but am looking forward to using it more this year. I also purchased the ramp to load the bike on the rack just in case I was tired and could not lift the bike up. It works wonderful for me, and has come in handy on more than one occasion! People often stop me and ask me what kind of rack is that and I tell them its a 1 UP. I love it for my electric bike. thank you so much for designing such a wonderful bike rack for the back of my car.
For the dollar, this is the best bike rack on the market. The rack installation is easy. And more importantly, the rack is very easy to use. Bikes go on and come off the rack with ease. This is rack health promoter. Everyone I show the 1 UP Bike Rack to says WOW, I got to get one of these.
