This 1 star review is solely due to the bike department. I bought a mountain bike here 2 years ago and purchased a warranty for repairs. I have brought it in a number of times to be fixed. Each time the bike was not fixed fully. I can look past a few times but most recently I brought my bike in for a tune up. Gears, brakes etc. It took them 3 MONTHS to fix this bike which would likely take another place 1 week. Not only that, but they lied to me on two separate occasions as to the reason for this delay. Finally, after all the hassle, my bike wasn’t even fixed! In fact the gears are shifting worse than when I brought them in to get fixed. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your bike here. Choose BGI or any place that actually knows what they are doing. I will not be bringing my business here any longer even with free repair from warranty.

This location does not have the same feel as the Castleton location. Neither does it have the quantity in products. Their service per customer was above decent.
