Purchased many lamps and light fixtures over the years and have always been happy, but the custom wood furniture is beautiful! Service and delivery are second to none as well! We will continue to come back to The Factory.

Not only is the quality of the furniture outstanding but their customer service is exceptional. We purchased a sectional recliner that is the most comfortable piece of furniture we have ever owned. However, after it was in our home for 8 months, we noticed a small section of the leather was distressing in a way that didn't look right. We called The Factory and they asked us to email a picture to them. They responded the same day confirming that it didn't look right and said they would reach out to the manufacturer. Within a few weeks, they picked up that section, had it reupholstered, and back in our home like new.
We had a fantastic experience thanks to our salesperson, Tim. The only thing I knew about Amish outdoor furniture was that it was probably out of my price range, but I went in to look for two lounge chairs anyway. After two more visits, I purchased the two lounge chairs, a dining table, six chairs, an end table, and a fan! You just can't deny that you get what you pay for...excellent quality, a 20 year warranty, not having to pack it up at the end of the season, and a real human to go back to should there be any issues. After spending dozens of hours online, the answer was two blocks from my home. I will never need to spend money on outdoor furniture again, making this investment incredibly worth it. Whenever we do something at our home we never want to have to do it again, and this was the answer! We will definitely go to The Factory for all of our future needs, much of that has to do with the confidence and comfort we felt when dealing with Tim. He's our guy!
Beautiful quality furniture and helpful salespeople. Highly recommend if you can save your money for quality solid wood bedroom, dining and patio Amish made craftsmanship. They also get quotes on custom made items need a small island for my kitchen/dining area. You choose all the woods and finishes, including the hardware, from actual 1212 squares of hardwood. I was very impressed with the quality. I wish I could refurnish my whole house with this well crafted, beautiful wood. The price is somewhat daunting, but the quality is unprecedented. It will way outlive you, and probably be handed down to great grandchildren!
