Hands down one of my personal best experiences with a large truck repair shops. Awesome customer service. So refreshing to have a shop that generally seems to care about their customers. Everyone involved from the boss down to the mechanics. My truck wouldn’t run and they do not have a mobile service and still made a trip out to truck location to try and fix issue. Also I need my truck to be in and out quickly as it needs to be on the road on a daily basis. They genuinely will try and do all they can to make that happen. Closed Sunday and met me so I could pick it up on two different occasions. I can’t say it enough this sorta service doesn’t happen often in today’s world. I understand the special attention.
