Good for kids
Wonderful place for a light stroll, nice to see different plants, birds, and bugs. Good for dogs and kids probably

1/2 mile walk South along the railroad tracks takes you to an old train bridge with beautiful places to sit on the Taunton river. If you also walk the periphery of the park, it totals 2 miles. Not well known, few people. Just across the river at the end of the bridge is a nice community park, see photos.
I felt wierd pulling into what looked like someone's driveway and then walking through their backyard. But this place was amazing. A rare jem that I wasn't expecting. After just a short walk we saw the pond and a breathtaking view. I wouldn't recommend bringing a stroller or a bike.
A nice walk, but make sure to spray your shoes with bug spray containing DEET, because we found ticks on us. We caught them while still crawling though, so didn't get bitten. This is nature though, so this sort of stuff is expected, but go prepared with spray anyway.
Beautiful place would love to talk to someone about volunteering to help keep clean and do some clean up around the park
