I'm not a person that writes reviews, especially negative feedback. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to after my experience with Digsy. It started off great; at first, the broker and my Digsy representative appeared to be so friendly and helpful. However, after the broker sent me a shortlist and asked me to compile properties I was interested in - communication broke down. They promised that this process would be easy and I'd be touring spaces by the following week. However, that didn't happen. They just ignored me and didn't reach out. I tried to contact them numerous times and even I gave ample time to wait for responses. It's been over a month of waiting and still haven't seen a single space or even an informational flyer. I told my Digsy representative of the situation and they just responded that their brokers/experts were all too busy and I would have to resume the search on my own. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. I had high hopes but alas, I get the indication that they don't care about their small & local business clients.

We had an agent before we found you guys but it didn't work out and will never work out if we didn't look up online for a warehouse space and found Digsy. Thanks again and I would definitely recommend your team to anyone who has this demand.

Trust me. I would not waist my time trusting these people. It they feel they can't make enough money off of you, they come up with an excuse to not even bother, so is you don't sound more than 300,000.00 in your pocket, they simply disregards you. Don't even bother with this fake website.
