Diligent Garage Door Supplier tech was very responsive via phone and text. We arranged to meet the same day to repair a broken garage door. His price was good and he was very professional about his work. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely hire Diligent Garage Door Supplier again.

Outstanding service. I had a sensor snag first thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within the hour. The tech was prompt, polite, and effective. Nice work....prompt service.
He was great to work with and a true professional. No nonsense and gets the job done. He did a large custom rolling gate mechanism and replaced our garage door opener. Highly recommend!
We are another satisfied customer. We purchased both a replacement garage door and new gate openers from them (with installation). All our expectations were met. More importantly, there are inevitable adjustments to be made after the initial installation. The tech was responsive and prompt in making whatever little adjustments were necessary.
The spring on our garage door broke. I call ADiligent Garage Door Supplier at 5pm, they came right out and it was fixed by 6 !! The Technician did an excellent job and was very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
The service team came out the same day and found a loose wire, fixed the problem and did a quick lube, best of all no charge. The true test of a company’s worth is in their after sales services, Overhead Door certainly passed the test, I can highly recommend them.
