Not impressed with this dealership. Drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle that was nothing but rust under the hood from salt. Everyone claimed they had no clue. Doesn't your mechanics look? Was pushed into a higher priced vehicle which wasn't the end of the world...until it came time to actually deal. No negotiation what so ever. Wish I would have read some reviews before making the 2 hour trip.

Very deceptive in their sales. They asked my wife what we could afford a month for payments, which is fine but we had talked about this price based on a 5 year loan for the particular price range we were looking at. Dillon’s Auto set her up with a car within our budget but set it up on a 7 year loan. They did this without saying a word to us. In short we left with around negative 8000 equity into a vehicle. Should we have read the fine print? Probably but what kind of business takes advantage of someone overlooking something? Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
Explain to me this, if someone schedules a test drive at a time late in the afternoon wouldn't you wash the car before he arrives? Something to hide? Also if the oil service indicator message was on, wouldn't you change the oil prior to putting it up? But 60 days later they never did. May have been a good thing because based on other reviews they would screw that up too. Salesman said he would provide the oil change but now that we bought the vehicle he is no where to be found or heard from (sound familier???) Sneaky used cars salesman tactics at its finest! If it wasn't for the fact we we satisfied with the final price I wound give a -2 review.
Great experience here looking and buying a used vehicle, lot's of nice looking clean cars, suv's and trucks. Sales staff is courtesy and I enjoyed negotiating a deal with them. They have a referral program so if you're looking to buy a used vehicle give them a try and tell them I referred you to Troy at Dillon's Auto Mall.
Fun knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to give you the best deal.
I recently bought a truck through Chad at Dillions Auto Mall. A couple months after my purchases I noticed the sunroof was having issues. The Ford dealership wanted close to 300 to put a band-aid on the problem and 2,000 to fix it. I went back to Dillions and Chad worked with me to fix the problem for a couple hundred dollars. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased through Chad. His low pressure sales approach and care after the sale definitely earned our business in the future.
After a couple hundred miles of driving my new truck I noticed a few major problems. When I brought it to my salesmen Chads attention thru text that the rearend was in bad shape and that the u joint was spinning in the driveshaft he said to return the truck the next day. The next day i called and my trade was Mysteriously gone. I waited a couple days for someone to call me back and the transmission let go in traffic with my family in the truck. At this point I am pissed and I call my salesmen on a Sunday on his personal phone. No one offered to tow it to there shop and fix it. I do work on cars so I ordered all the parts. I contacted Chris Dillon and he offered to give me 500 but that was it or to trade me out of my truck for something newer if I came in. I went in and it was a total waste of time. I wasn’t financing threw him and he said i wasn’t helping him out. We both weren’t budging. I finally pulled out all the recipes to fix my truck and asked if he would pay half parts and I’d do the labor for free. (Seems like a good deal) His answer was no. He said “this is what I get for buying a truck in the 10k-15k dollar range.” I have 4,000 in parts recipes and he settled for 1,000. Mr Dillon we are 1k away from me changing my feedback and being a happy customer!
