John built me a fantastic shed. He was easy to work with and gladly added some customization to match our home. The flashing and sofets seemed a step above other sheds that I looked at as they mimic an actual home. Very happen with the end product. He also was very competitively priced, he wasnt the absolute cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either
the structure is well made, but they didn't supply all of the materials needed.
