I love this place!!! So happy it has dine-in now!! Shu Mai was fabulous and the Shrimp and Spinach dumplings were so good. The Pork Hum Bow and Singapore noodles were absolutely delicious!!

Horrible. Don't waste your time or your money. We have currently been waiting over two hours for food. Everything left a lot to be desired. Server just kept saying 5 more minutes every time we inquired. Food came out burned. We are finally giving up and asked them to take everything off the bill we haven't received after the two hours. Not one apology. No one said sorry for the wait or offered any type of apology for the poor service and wait.
Vegetarian food is nice, I like the mongolian tofu and veggies dumplings. They are filling and very cute. Carrot, cabbage, mushroom, scallion, and herbs in the chewy and cheerful wrapper
This place is really good! Food looks and tastes fresh, and I think it's pretty affordable for the quality. Staff are super quick and knowledgeable, and always very attentive. I always get the wrapped sticky rice and the juicy pork dumplings, they're so good! Note 1: Even if it's affordable, it can still be pricey, especially for a quick lunch. So, I recommend going with friends, or bringing your family so you can share a variety of dishes! Note 2: The food here can feel heavy. It's not inherently more greasy, but it can feel like it because it adds with all the natural fat or moisture of the food. So, I strongly recommend getting hot tea! The bitterness and heat will definitely lighten the heaviness of the food in your stomach.
I'm rating only based on food quality. Really below average taste. Also they use cheap ingredients despite the relatively high prices. For example, I ordered 3 dishes including seafood fried noodles and normally expect shrimp, real fish, scallops and maybe some squid. Dim Sum factory uses just fish balls, a couple of squid and a few small shrimp. This could maybe be overlooked if the actual noodles were good but they're not. If you then take into account the high prices, this place is kind of a rip-off as other reviewers noted. The only thing going for it is that there isn't much competition in the area so maybe that's why they think they can overcharge for subpar food.
