Our usual distributors were backordered and we needed additional parts that were essential to our processes. I brought in the part I was trying to duplicate to Dinsmore, and with just that one piece for reference, they were able to replicate the design and print out additional copies in just a few business days! Jiazi was incredibly helpful at every step of the way and was in constant contact to make sure they could produce what I wanted. Customer Service is Great, but the pricing for rapid prototyping here, for small parts, is 19 times more expensive than if you go to 3D Hubs - and desktop printers tend to have a higher resolution than Dinsmore's commercial-sized FDM printers. If you need the build volume to be larger than a desktop printer, then Dinsmore is probably the way to go.
