Every time I have called DPW for a problem they have made sure to come fix the work order. The civilians are very kind and get their job done quick!

This organization is better at following regulations to the letter than most. They don't allow common sense or logic to interfere with rigid adherence to the rules. A building can be 90 when it's 50* outside and they make sure they turn the heat on. Can't have AC turn on and create a comfortable environment. I really miss the days Soldiers maintained real property.
