They are horrible!! I called and put my name and number for the 2week call back and a month went by and they totally lied and said someone called me and left a detailed message. When I explained that no one had ever called me she put me through to the voicemail of the person that supposedly called me and I left a detailed message for this person to please call me back. I was told it was be no more than 72 hours for a call back and that they would always leave a message if I didn't pick up. So another couple of weeks went by and nothing. I called again to leave a message with the main supervisor and once again NEVER heard back!!!

This organization is the only one that had helped me with SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS/APPEALS.. they've taken me seriously and are ACTUALLY helping me through the process instead of standing in the sidelines waiting to collect a pay check.

They don’t help with much at all unless you’re black I’m disabled they wouldn’t help but helped a black guy
