Very nice and professional service. Refilled cartridge while waiting. Also performed a free service review follow-up when ink ran low more quickly than normal requiring another refill. Prices are fair and this method of refill is very beneficial during the shortages at stores and online due to Covid-19.

Wanted to save the planet a little and looked into getting my printer cartridge refilled instead of buying new (they also have new cartridges if you need them). Very experienced, polite, straightforward staff, explained what they could do for me. My ink refill was about 13tax. Can't beat the price! Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Best kept sectet in Charlotte area. Have been using them since before they moved to Gastonia - maybe about 12 years ago. Have purchased dozens of HP refills from them. Absolutely best prices on refilling HP Printer cartridges. Great service: Always tests cartridges to see if refill is really needed or if cartridge electronics are still good and can be refilled and reused. Never any pressure. Have NEVER had to bring a refilled cartridge back to them!
Good place to get discount ink that works well. Have had an issue with them picking up the phone and just left empty handed because I couldn't get anyone to come to the register. However if you can get them to help you with the ink, it is worth it.
