We are members of St. Gertrude's Parish and we experienced a sewer back up in our basement. I saw Discreet Plumbing and Drainage Services Covington listed in the bulletin and I decided to give you a try. The appointment was made between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. I received a call from our plumber at approximately 1:30pm that he was in route to our house. Discreet Plumbing and Drainage Services Covington cleared roots out of our sewer line and operated a camera in the sewer line. They discovered a riser installed improperly, which was broken at the lateral connection. They made proper repairs, placed sand and backfilled the area. Our plumber was extremely courteous, helpful, and very professional throughout the entire process. There was a lot of work & Darryl took extra care & patience to take out some of the old rusted pipes so as not to cause more damage & expense to the fragile old house. We really appreciated his effort & cooperation. Tim came for awhile in the morning to help with the water heater & Scott came in the afternoon to help with the repairs to the tub & drains. All were very pleasant, friendly & professional. They went the " extra mile" that means so much. Personally, I was very pleased and impressed, & because of them, especially Darryl, I will definitely call Best Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have in the future & would recommend your company to others. You have some competent great guys working for you & they make you the BEST!
